How to Book
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Please find an accommodation and other services on our web pages.
Click on the Reservation button below the description of the chosen accommodation and ask for the additional services of summer or winter activities in the Request form.
Fill up and send us not binding Request form which will be found in the section Book On-line.
We will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your request or we will send you an alternative offer in case the accommodation facility for the period you wished is occupied.
If our offer meets your requirements, we will send you Booking Form for fixed reservation.
HOW TO PAY?
By bank transfer or by money transfer.
50% of the total amount will be paid in advance in the case the reservation has been made more then 1 month before the start of our services and our office will issue the fixed confirmation of your reservation. Rest of the payment will be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of a bank confirmation about the transaction our office will issue and send you the Voucher for your stay and other services.
OR
Total amount will be paid for the whole stay* and upon receipt of a bank confirmation about the transaction the Voucher for your whole stay will be issued and sent to you immediately.
*required with reservations made less then 30 days before the first day of our services
CANCELLATION POLICIES
All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit, the difference will be paid/transferred back to the client.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of € 20,-/ person (for individual reservations) or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 15 people).
Cancellation conditions listed below:
For cancellations less than 24 hours prior arrival the full amount will be charged, for cancellations less than 3 days prior arrival you will be charged the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual houses, hotels or guest houses about which the client is informed always before his fixed reservation. For top terms individual cancellation conditions apply.
For group reservations (more than 15 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply - according to the conditions of the hotel.
Complaints
Any complaints have to be given to Reina Travel´s office immediately, by written form, during the stay. Travel agency Reina Travel is not responsible for any complaints received from clients after departure.
Miscellaneous
Private houses, apartments, hotels and guesta houses may require a certain guarantee upon arrival.
Check-in for private houses as well as hotels and pensions usually starts at 12:00 am, check-out time is 10:00 am. Early check-ins/outs may be arranged upon request, however are not guaranteed.
